Je trouve bien l'idée de rassembler tout ces ingrédients sains en une seule fois, rapide à faire en plus et tient bien au ventre.

C’est le premier blendio que je goûte. C’est très bon, et même moi qui ne suis pas une fan de café j’ai beaucoup aimé cette première expérience. C’était très facile de préparer et ça m’a rassasié pendant toute la matinée! Une alternative saine pour un petit déjeuner rapide. Je recommande!
